More detailed information about the snowpack:

Can drive to within 1/8 mile of the end of the Parker Bench Road. Passable with 4WD, getting pretty mucky though.

Approaching East Face via old road is 60/40 skinning/walking. Thin cover so that'll change quickly.

Good coverage to skier's far right side gully.

Was transitioning nicely to soft corn-like snow at 1100 up to 11800' but increasing cloud cover, strong gusty winds that were knocking us over, and dropping temps refroze the upper 1000' of the gully as we took a break to rip skins. Bottom third of gully and the entire apron skied well, though. No wet instabilities, just surface softening down 5-10cm at the max.
