ESAC Kickoff Party is just around the corner

We hope you're as excited for another great season as we are, and that you can help us kick it off ESAC style at the 2009-2010 Season Kickoff Party on Dec 05, 2009.

This year, we're excited to be holding the event at The Bistro @ Snowcreek Athletic Club, located at 51 Club Drive in Mammoth Lakes, CA  (Click for map).

During the day we'll be holidng FREE awareness seminars on such topics as:

  • Beacon Searching Techniques (1 - 2:30pm / 3 - :30pm)
  • Trip Planning / Decision Making (1 - 2:30pm / 3 - :30pm)
  • Geology & Skiing in the Eastern Sierra (5 - 5:30pm)

Please pre-register online to hold your spot by December 3rd.. On-site registration begins at 12pm. Check-in by 12:30pm to ensure your spot.
 
Then, join us starting at 6pm for an evening with special guest and renowl local photographer CHRISTIAN PONDELLA.

Doors for the evening party open at 6pm, and the event costs $10.

There will be appetizers and and a no-host bar available to you while you mingle with friends and bid on Silent Auction items.
 
Presentations begin at 7pm with the keynote slideshow by Christian Pondella.
Live music by The Akoustic 2 from Bishop till 11:30pm!
