Schwag Raffle for Good Backcountry Observations!

submit your back country snowpack and avalanche observations!  The people from the public with the most quality observations submitted by the end of April will win:
-1st place: Karhu Spire Skis
-2nd place: Mountain Hardware Ropeline Backpack
In addition, every 2 weeks a randomly chosen observation will win a prize (gloves, goggles, sunglasses, hats, etc...)

-Congrats to Gabe Taylor and thank you to all who submitted back country observations during the past 2 weeks.  This helps us out tremendously to hear what you are finding out there!  Gabe's observation was the randomly chosen winner of the second "Observations for Schwag" prize give-away.  His randomly chosen prize was the Mountain Hardware Jacket.  7 non-ESAC affiliated people submitted observations in the last 2 weeks.  This is up from only 3 the previous 2 weeks.  We'd love to see this number keep going up!  Get your observations in for a chance to win the next give-away on March 20th.
 
We know there are lots of you getting out into the backcountry.  Let us know what you are finding out there.  Don't be shy!  No need to be a snow scientist, but we are looking for more than "we skied Red Cone, no avalanches, it was sick POW!"  Go to Participate - Observations, give us as much information as you can and submit.  Each "good" observation submitted will get a raffle number and every 2 weeks a prize will be raffled off.  Click here for some of the observation information we are looking for.
