Snowpack & Snowpit Observations
Information about the snowpack/snowpit:

Small point releases on solar aspects.  No evidence of natural slides other than this.  Above 10,500', wind affected snow.  In couloir proper mostly firm snow with middle half loose snow.  One quick test pit dug half way up couloir.  CT27Q2 down 35cm, ECT no propogation.  Pockets of firm wind slab, in some small isolated areas some hollow feeling.  Extremely variable surface.

Comments:

Only signs of instability observed was small point releases on solar aspects.  No breakable crust in couloir, but some firm wind board.  Below 10500' in little slide canyon, many areas of very good snow.
