Avalanche Observations

Wet
Trigger type:
Other-please explain in the comments
More detailed information about the avalanche:

Several natural releases observed, 2 of note.  One was east facing flank of little morrison and ran about 1000', by the appearance of several large chunks in debris it appears it was a cornice collapse that triggered it.  The other was west facing below rock outcrops below south summit of little moorrison and ran close to 400', max width of about 60'.  Debris for both slides was several feet deep, both wet slides.   Appears west facing slide released today, and east face likely yesterday.

Comments:

Mid afternoon east aspects abovem 9000' still had suportable crust below 20cm or so of soft new moist snow.  West aspects thick, north above 9500' wintery goodness.
