End of plowed road just past Parchers, 1+mi on snow covered road to south lake, cross lake and up north face of Hurd Peak, back down and out.

More detailed information about the weather: 

Clear sunny warm day, calm wind.

Comments: 

No avalanche activity seen today, only surface point releases  (some medium size ... running several hundred feet) from previous days on east and west aspects.  Corn snow starting to form on solar aspects, more like cream right now.  Below 10200' in trees and solar aspects snow becomes sticky by mid-day.  North face holding great wintery snow.  Great creamy skiing on other aspects down to 10200'.
