Advertising with ESAC
ESAC relies heavily on the power of the web as it is our primary voice to the community and the quickest and easiest way to get information out to the public. As such, we receive about 1m hits each season from visitors around the world. Advertising with us gives you a unique way to promote yourself to a targeted audience while also supporting a good cause. Contributions are tax deductible, as we are a 501(c)3 organization.
1. Home Page Logo Placement
These ads display your logo in our rotating, animated advertisement space, which is located on the bottom left portion of our homepage.
- Cost: $1,000 for a entire year, running from Nov. 1 - Oct. 31. or a pay monthly for $100 (one year commitment required).
- Size: Logos cannot exceed 250(w) x 200(h) pixels and should be delivered to us in a web-ready .jpg, .png, or .gif format at 72dpi.
- Details: Logos are placed on a first-come, first-serve basis, in the rotating ad space...

2. Sponsor an advisory
Another unique opportunity for advertising is through the 'Sponsor an Advisory' program. This program is available on a monthly basis, during which at least three advisories will be issued each week. Those that sponsor advisories will get name placement at the top of the advisory as a sponsor, with the option of including a logo and 50 words at the bottom of the advisory.
- Cost: $150/month from December - April
Examples of introductory text include:
"Good morning, this is the Eastern Sierra Avalanche Center. This advisory is being made possible by the support of [YOUR NAME HERE].

ESAC can offer complete web statistics up to this point, as well as click statistics for number of hits your ad receives after the first season. We can offer web statistics for other similar sites in the region as well if you are interested in the amount of traffic that we anticipate during the season.
