North Facing Trees above Lake MaryObservations
Skied an after-work lap in the Lake Mary trees at 9300 ft around 4 pm. It was graupeling lightly with light winds from the SW. Visibility of the Mammoth Crest was limited by storm clouds. Skiing was a mix of creamy powder with thin sun crusts down by the lake. Did not observe any signs of instability.
