PURCHASE TICKETS
Join award winning adventure photographer Ming Poon and the Eastern Sierra Avalanche Center at our 2022 Annual Fundraiser and Season Kickoff event in Bishop, CA on December 3rd.
Attendance Information
Tickets are $20 and we ask that you purchase online.
You are invited to attend in person, drive-in movie style at the Tri-County Fairgrounds in Bishop, CA. If you are unable to attend in person, or would just rather enjoy from the comfort of your couch, the same ticket will get you a link to attend virtually online. More information will be sent to you after purchase.
Food and beverage will be available on site at the fairgrounds, with local food trucks and a variety of options.
Raffle
Each entry counts toward our enormous raffle – additional raffle tickets can be purchased when you purchase event tickets. Raffle winners will be presented at the end of the night on Friday. While you need not be present to win, you must be available to pickup your prize on 12/19 between 11a – 1p in Mammoth.
Silent Auction
New items are being added to our every day. The auction closes at 6pm on Friday. You need not be present to win items in the Silent Auction, and ESAC will coordinate pickup or ship (if buyer pays shipping costs).
On-Site Camping
We are encouraging folks to come and enjoy the evening and camp on site after the festivities are over. That way you can wake up in the morning and attend the free 2022 Season Kickoff Avalanche Workshops in person! Car/tent camping is available with restrooms, etc. for $15. An RV spot with full hook ups is available for $25. Pay at the gate for either.
