Snowpit Observations
More detailed information about the snowpack: 

Quite a bit of whumphing between just below Skeleton Lake all the way to Barney Lake (at least 7 sperate times). Saw shooting cracks at one point.

All whumphing occured between 1:45pm - 4:00pm. Whumphing was all skier triggared and on slopes from flat to 25 deg.

We saw multiple crowns up and down Mammoth Crest.

We observed a group skiing 35deg NE facing slopes above Barney below and to skiers left of a visable crown, nothing slid on them. Talked to them a bit later and they said they had heard a lot of whumphing during the day as well.
