We toured from Convict Lake doing the loop with the main descent being the Morrison Col. Coverage was oddly uniform and no aspects were spared from the wind event. Snow conditions were consistent with previous reports, although southerly aspects were nearing more of a corn cycle than previously reported. We did noticed some older avalanches, one on a South face, another on a NE face. Both looked to be the result of wind-loading/cross-loading near rock features. Conditions were very stable all around with mainly firm snow on all aspects. The biggest danger to backcountry skiers at this time seems to be the risk of injury or breaking gear due to tough surface conditions. If you chose to ski the Morrison Col, coverage is thin on the main slope leading down to Convict Lake. Best chance for continuous coverage would be to egress down the main right (skiers right) gully. This can be accessed after a short shrub traverse.
