The big snowblower cleared South Lake Rd today. The road is officially closed so proceed at your own risk. I snowshoed up to the old moraine road above Habeggers. The new snow is starting to firm up a little, but my big snowshoes still sunk in from mid-shin to knee deep. It’s quite epic and beautiful! The locals say this is the most snow in 30 years.
