Location:
Water tank above 4 Seasons cabins
Triggered a storm slab release on test slope while skinning.

Yes
Was it intentional?
Yes
Avalanche Type:
Soft Slab
Size:
Size 1: Relatively harmless to people
Elevation:
7700' below tree line
Aspect:

Comments:
Skinned just above the water tank above the 4 Seasons cabins to see if the slope would react just below the top of a small convex roll-over (35ish degrees slope) fairly protected by trees. Small sluff triggered full propagation in front and behind us around the whole bowl above the water tank and slid all of the recent snowfall (storm slab) into the water tank.
Did you observe any avalanches?
Yes

Comments:
We were on a very small slope only 50 feet long so it wasn't enough to fully bury someone. I would guess triggering a similar slide on a bigger bowl on a larger slope would be potential for full burial.
Did you see shooting cracks?
Yes, Isolated
Did you experience collapsing or whumpfing?
Yes, Isolated
