Aerial view of Big Pine to Lone Pine

Observed a number of D3-4 and possible D5 avalanches that appeared to run mid-elevation to desert. Approx. starting points 9K. Aspect was north thru east/southeast.

Alpine appeared stable, no obvious crown or run out but this could be an inaccurate observation. Alpine/ridge level avi activity may have been covered with snow.
