While skiing off Mono Jim on the North ridgeline to ski the North aspect towards Convict Lake a wet loose slide was triggered on the East aspect near top of ridgeline. This carried down around 1000ft below triggering a massive wet slab avalanche with 2-2.5ft crown and around 750ft wide. Scrambled down rocky ridge to avalanche debris and performed grid search with partner resulting in no found signals. While performing grid search the chute parallel and north of avalanche path triggered naturally partially.
