Fairly warm day (~39 between 8-9k), but windy so felt cooler. Snow softened on solars and saw some (3cm-5cm) drifting of new, dry snow down lower in the Lakes Basin. This was becoming wetter by 2pm.
Scattered clouds throughout the day with some haze in the valley.
Saw snow transport from top of Mammoth Mountain by 1pm.
Hard to see in the photo but saw something that had released from the cornice on top of Red Cone. Did not run full path.

Comments:
Looked like a skier triggerd avalanche just above TJ Lake, lookers right side. There were no tracks there when looking at 11am and then there were tracks and this new avalanche by 1200. Looks like it ran a few hundred feet and I'm assuming it was a dry snow avalanche.
